i really love those food network sugar sculpturing competitions. i think it takes real skill to be able to build a sculpture out of sugar! and hands that can stand really hot temperatures! i still would like to try it sometime though!

holy cow! that looks nifty. i like the idea of sugar sculpting over say . . glass sculpting. in seattle there's an entire museum dedicated to glass sculptures. i have an issue with glass though.
Will you make me one of a rat?
I love those kind of things...I love watching the cake decorating ones too.
