Here is my plate entry for the Best Teen Chef Competition. I really don't mind if i don't get into this competition, cause i'm starting to plan on going to prom and if i get into the 2nd level of the actual competition i wouldn't be able to go to prom. but in yet, i don't mind either way it goes!!
i was hoping the plate would be a lot bigger and have more food, but i could just say it's an appetizer. it has asparagus, carrots, potato and tomato. there is lamb meatballs, and if you know how expensive lamb is, then you know why i'll never work with lamb again! the bars is a mint pesto sauce, but i'm actually going to do an arugula pesto because it'll taste better with all the food. the mint pesto just made the potato taste like an apple, i don't suggest trying it!

Are you sure you are from this family?! You're so fancy! I would be scared to eat that...and yet, I want you to move in with me and cook for me every night!! Mmm...no more mac n cheese...that really does look good though!
Remember when you guys used to eat mayo from the jar...who would've ever thought...=)
