Hey! guess what!

Guess what! i got into the Best Teen Chef competition! they called me and then emailed me and said that they loved my essay, which makes me wonder if they liked my recipe. but i didn't care! i made it! now i can rest easy that i was able to have some competitions to talk about during my presentation at senior boards! today, they made an announcement at school, congratulating me, and all my friends were so happy for me! yay! my foods teacher said that there was an art institute representative here, the art institute is now known as the international art institute and is hosting this competition, came in when they made the announcement and he said that i have a lot of opportunity going to this one out here, because it is so small. and then my teacher basically said that they were going to be training me to go to nationals. so i don't know if i was the only one who entered, or if i am the best, but it gives me goose bumps! i mean, what if i make it all the way to the top and win nationals? i would win full tuition to the school! and i would live at home so it would basically be a free ride! I'm so excited! the only sad part, is that i have to give up on prom, it is the same day, but i think this is totally worth it!
