Senior project

here i am again, talking about my senior project, it's boring but bare with me!
So what i'm doing for my project is i am entering 3 different competitions in the culinary field. the first one that i'm going to do is the FCCLA competition during the convention here for Coloradans, i will be making a three meal course in one hour. then present it to the judges. i'm still not sure on the details for it, but then again i just changed which competition i'm participating in.
The second i hopefully will participate in is the Best Teen Chef for the Art Institute of colorado. i just have to pick a recipe and cook it in an hour.
Then the third and most important one is the High School Chef of the Year for Johnson & Wales. I have to come up with a heritage recipe and make it healthy (or i could use an old family recipe). so lately i have been researching health requirements and such.
I could win full tuition to Art Institute and J&W if i get first place, and there are other scholorships for the other places. so i'm getting really excited! yay!!
