So Dianna wanted to know what i had gotten, but i'll tell you one thing that i have gotten today, and if i remember to do this tomorrow, then i'll tell you something else i had received!
This is my new Hot Chocolate maker. If you know me well, i love hot chocolate. And since we don't have our kettle out, i usually have to take a ton of time boiling water, or sticking a glass in the microwave to get some hot water. Now i just have to pour water or milk into this nifty container, and heat it up for about 3 minutes in the microwave. after that i just use the mixer, the little 
stick thing, press the button when it is in the pot, and it mixes up the whole thing! making your hot chocolate frothy and smooth. You could either use powdered cocoa, hot chocolate mix, chocolate syrup, or put in little chocolate pieces before you heat the milk up. the chocolate pieces will melt, and when you mix it, they will incorporate into the milk. I tried that an it is soo good! What surprised me was that dad had this idea! and he didn't spend mornings with me, waiting for my water to boil like mom did! Thanks dad!!

i love hot chocolate. i bet that's easier to clean than a kettle too. i tried so hard to keep our kettle clean but it's pretty gross. if i had that, i'd probably put in a piece of candy cane. that's my favorite.
That looks like fun!! When I come to Denver next, I'll make you make me some hot choc.
I got some appliances too -- a popcorn popper and a crock pot -- good stuff.
