Senior Project

I finally decided what i want to do for my senior project. First i wanted to make these stuffed animals to donate to a children's hospital. but then i wouldn't really be learning anything, which is basically a requirement for the project. So one day i was looking at my e-mail and i recieved one from Johnson and Wales, the culinary school i want to go to. It was basically an advertisement for this competition. it's for highschool students. We compete with the certain theme, and if we win we will get a certain amount of scholership money, which would be amazing.. So that's what i decided to do my project on... I really want to see if anyone has some old family recipies that they want to donate to my cause. I would prefer Danish recipies because the theme is Healthy Heritage. And if you really want to help you could judt look up some recipes. but that's not a problem. I would rather it be a family recipe. did you do a senior project? what was it?
